The Lions Bike Show is a great opportunity for traders to showcase their products and services directly to a large and highly targeted audience of motorcycle enthusiasts, riders and their families.
We invite motorcycle-related businesses, accessory and parts suppliers, clothing and merchandise retailers, touring and adventure specialists, and other relevant traders to set up a stand and be part of this popular community event.
With visitors coming specifically to enjoy everything motorcycle-related, the Bike Show gives traders the chance to sell directly to customers, demonstrate products, build brand awareness and make valuable new contacts — all in a relaxed and enthusiastic atmosphere.

Low cost entry
Traders can enter for just $10 per person and stand location is free. Prior registration is required
Setting Up and Trader Requirements
Traders can arrive before 9.00am with car and trailer to allow setup. Areas have been set aside for traders to setup just outside the oval and close to food and drink services. Space will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
- Traders must be registered with the Lions Bike Show and operate only from their allocated site.
- Traders must hold current Public Liability Insurance of at least $20 million and provide a Certificate of Currency if requested.
- All marquees, displays, signage and equipment must be safely erected and contained within the allocated site.
- Traders must comply with directions of the event organisers and Mount Barker District Council.
- Food service vans are not accepted as these services will be provided by local community groups.
